PCOS Phase 3 is a herbal tincture formula designed to help promote a healthy menstruation. Part 3 of the PCOS Program is designed to help encourage or "re-start" the monthly menses that is missing due to hormonal irregularities
Phase 3 supports menstrual health by:
The following herbs will help to bring on your menstrual period. All the herbs in this section will only be effective if the menstrual period is absent due to hormonal imbalance. If the menstrual cycle is absent due to nutritional deficiencies, these herbs may not be as effective. It is very important that diet changes are in place before beginning any herbs to bring back the menstrual cycle.
Important caution: It is extremely important to rule out pregnancy prior to beginning any herbs for fertility, especially those used to bring back a menstrual cycle. Most herbs that help to regulate the menstrual cycle are not safe for pregnancy and may potentially cause a miscarriage!
Black Cohosh root (Actaea racemosa) - Black cohosh has been used for hundreds of years to help bring back the menstrual cycle. Black cohosh promotes regulation of the entire menstrual cycle while helping to support a calm uterus.
Dong Quai root (Angelica sinensis) - This is the main herb for this issue. Dong Quai works by promoting blood flow to the pelvis where it helps support the body to bring back an absent period. It does this by nourishing the blood (it is in nearly all Chinese herbal blood-building formulas because it is iron rich), improving hormonal regulation, and aiding in uterine tone.
Motherwort aerial parts (Leonurus cardiaca) - This herb is very effective at reducing uterine muscle spasm, cramping and improving uterine tone. Motherwort has been found to mildly stimulate the uterus, while also aiding the uterus to work efficiently, which is helpful in bringing on menstruation.
White Peony (Paeonia officinalis) - This herb helps build the blood and increases circulation to the reproductive organs. Overall this herb has excellent hormone balancing support. It also aids in pain reduction and relaxation. White peony moves the blood in the pelvic area, good for uterine stagnant conditions including an absent period.
Yarrow aerial parts (Achillea millefolium): Yarrow stimulates the uterus to bring on menstruation by increasing muscular activity to the uterus. The stimulation of the muscles of the uterus aid in the shedding of the endometrium, stimulating regular menstrual cycles in the absence of pregnancy.
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris): Used traditionally world wide to encourage menstruation in women with amenorrhea. Mugwort is a mild uterine stimulant. It also supports healthy digestion, aiding in assimilation of vitamins and minerals. Its mild nervine action helps relieve tension and stress.
As a dietary supplement - Shake well before each use. Take 30-60 drops 3 times per day in a small amount of water. Discontinue use once menses returns. Not to be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Not to be used during pregnancy. Does not work on lack of menstruation due to nutritional deficiencies. Not to be used in conjunction with hormonal medications such as birth control.

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 24, I wasn't taken anything. I'm now 25 due to how my period being missing for 3 months lately, I gained about 25 pounds plus unable to give my husband a child , my doctor prescribe metformin and a weight loss plan. I took this faithfully for 3 months, trying to eat healthy and exercising...nothing changed. I found this program and worked with Patricia during the duration of my first menstrual cycle. I followed the program to a tee for 2 months then started phase 3. Within 7 days I felt the tingle of cramps and started to cry. 1 day later I started my period and it lasted 5 days. My husband and I thought it best to repeat the program and we did. This time around I didn't need Phase 3, my period started all on its own and now we are off the visit our OBGYN to make sure everything is ok to try and conceive.
Thank you so much for all of your help. You are a true blessing.

I am so happy that I found this little shop. I have been speaking with Patricia for a couple of months now and she recommended that I try this tincture because I have such an irregular menstrual cycle if any at all, and it is very difficult for my husband and I to conceive because of this. I haven't been diagnosed with PCOS but I have a feeling that is what my problem is but refuse to go on medication to fix it. I wanted to try an herbal approach first.
I started the Phase 3 tincture first because I hadnt had my period for the last 7 months and then on the 4th day of taking Phase 3 I started feeling little cramps then that evening I started my period! I am so happy to have cramps! Never thought I would ever say that.
Next I followed the regiment of the Phase 1 and Phase 2 to balance my hormones for the next 3 months. Guess What??? We are PREGNANT! 6 weeks in and we are so happy!!!!
Thank you so much Patricia for helping us....we have been thinking about naming our baby after you if we have a little girl!
