I love this tea...the ginger is sharp and sweet, just like a ginger snap! The only reason I gave it 4 stars versus 5 is that when using my tea diffuser, the mini pieces of herb easily went thru the strainer and my tea was filled with floaters. This does not take away from the quality or taste of the tea. It is simply the fineness of the herbs. This tea would be perfect if it was a thicker, choppier cut. Still, I am happy with my purchase and enjoy Ginger Snap Herbal tea as a dessert!

When I opened my package I couldn't believe the aroma. It actually made my mouth water with anticipation of what it would taste like. I couldn't wait so I put my tea kettle on and brewed a cup. The aroma is unbelievable and the taste is FANTASTICALLY MOUTH WATERING. It actually brought me back in time to the ol' ski lodge and sitting around the fireplace telling stories.
