Not quite sure I purchased the correct item so giving a review on this may not be fair. I bought the Anemia tincture because I was feeling run down but think alot of that was due to my sinus situation (I also purchased Elderberry Fruit Tincture for that which is great).
Nonetheless, I took the tincture faithfully with my Elderberry and between the 2, I am doing so much better.
This takes a little getting use to as it's not the best tasting but after a few times it's almost as if my body was saying "Yes" to it.
Based on other products I've purchased from Mt. Maus I would have to say this is another quality product and if anyone is contemplating they might need this for their situation, I say you can't go wrong in purchasing it. IMO, it is still a 5 star product.
